Dear Parents/Guardians:
The new school year is about to begin and we are kicking it off with freshmen orientation the evening of Monday, August 24 at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. Due to social distancing restrictions we are asking that each student be accompanied by only one parent or guardian.
Our 1-to-1 initiative will be continuing again this year. Freshmen will be provided with HP Stream 11’s when school begins. In order to receive a device, at least one parent/guardian from each family and the student will be required to attend the orientation. If a parent/guardian or student is unable to attend, the student will not receive a device until they and their parent/guardian have met with me.
We definitely have some new challenges to overcome, but it’s an exciting time of year! I’m looking forward to getting to know our new students and working with you as we prepare them for graduation and life beyond high school.
