Although the majority of our quarantined students are returning in the coming days, we still have a number of students and four faculty members who will be quarantined through the upcoming holiday.  In an attempt to provide some much deserved relief to staff who have been tirelessly covering classes for their quarantined colleagues, PCHS will be conducting classes remotely on November 23 and 24.  For these two day only, students will be working remotely just as they have been doing each Wednesday.   Classes on Tuesday will be dismissed at 1:30 in accordance with the district calendar that was approved by our board in the spring.

On behalf of the administration, faculty and staff of Powell County High School I hope everyone has a safe and restful holiday break.  I also hope everyone makes safe and healthy choices so that we can avoid the exposures and quarantines of the past month.
