Dear Parents,
Deer Lodge Elementary is making available free breakfasts and lunches for the duration of the school closure. Students from Deer Lodge Elementary and Powell County High School are invited to participate. Signing up for each date indicates that you will pick up a lunch for that day and a breakfast for the next day. Please complete one form per family. The sign up deadline for each day's pick up will be 10 AM unless you sign up for both weeks at once. Meals will be available for pick up from 12:00-12:30 PM.
All meals will meet state and federal nutrition guidelines, but due to the grab-and-go model, there will not be a set menu.
If you need to make a change to a submitted form or do not have access to the internet, please call Theresa at 846-1553 ext. *301 to place your order. Pick up for meals will be as follows using the first letter of the last name of the person completing the order form at the bottom of this page:
A-G: OD Speer
H-M: Granville Stuart
N-Z: DuVall
Starting with Lunch being served on March 17th, the next day's Breakfast will also be included with Lunch Pick up
