A Fitness day is designed for students to participate in healthy workouts that promote cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength and endurance. Each Fitness day is worth 20 points. Students are graded on the following criteria:
- Attendance - must be present in class to participate in class
If a student is absent it is their responsibility to make up the points from being absent. Please access the "Make Up" link to view information about how to make up points from being absent.
